Are you the type of person who needs fresh air to calm down? Does it help you if we keep moving while we are talking and don’t have to keep looking at each other? Then we’ll walk at a reasonable pace through a park or walk around the block.

You don’t have much time and don’t want to explain to your colleagues why you have to leave the office? In that case I’ll just come to your office as if I were a client. You welcome me like any other client in your company and no one will know what it’s really about.
